1. Use of the Site

By accessing or using Cannabis Shop of Northeast Pennsylvania, you agree to abide by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this Site.


The Site is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use, unless otherwise specified.

You may not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Site or any part of it without notice.


2. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Cannabis Shop of Northeast Pennsylvania or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.


You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms of Use.


4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities on or through the Site:


Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive activities.

Posting or transmitting any harmful, abusive, offensive, defamatory, or illegal content.

Disrupting the operation of the Site through malware, viruses, or other harmful code.

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems.

Harassing, threatening, or otherwise violating the rights of other users.


We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these terms.


5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Use.


Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Site and any content you have obtained from it.

We are not liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cannabis Shop of Northeast Pennsylvania shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Site.

Cannabis Shop of Northeast Pennsylvania does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Site or its content.

At the Cannabis Shop of Northeast Pennsylvania, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality cannabis products and excellent service. Due to the nature of our products and compliance with state and federal regulations, all sales are considered final.

No Returns Policy

We do not accept returns on any cannabis products, including but not limited to:


Flower

Pre-rolls

Edibles

Concentrates

Vape cartridges

Tinctures

Topicals

Accessories that have been opened or used


This policy helps us maintain strict health and safety standards in compliance with regulatory requirements.


Refund Policy

While we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or change of mind, we are happy to offer a refund or replacement in the following cases:


You received the wrong item

The product was damaged or defective upon delivery

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.


Exemptions

Due to legal regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any cannabis product once it has left the premises or been delivered, even if unopened. All sales are final per state and local laws.

Note: In the states of Idaho, New Hampshire, South Dakota – zero (0%) Delta-9 content is allowable by law. Products with any amount of Delta-9 content must not be shipped to these states.)
